You can permanently delete your Crowdora account and all associated data at any time.
This is the fastest way and takes effect immediately.
If you cannot access the app — for example if your account was suspended or you lost your password — send us a request.
Send an email to destek@crowdora.app from the address registered to your account, including:
We verify that the request comes from the registered email address and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner. We will confirm by email once it is done.

Aggregated statistics that can no longer be linked to you — such as overall community sentiment for a given day and historical market prices — are retained. This data contains no personal information and cannot be traced back to any individual.
We may also retain limited records where required by law, or where necessary to resolve a dispute or enforce our terms.
Deleting your account permanently removes your prediction history, accuracy rating, streaks and badges. Creating a new account later will start you from zero.
